If you would like to apply for the New Balance Military Youth Athletic Scholarship, you must first complete an Intake application via our online portal. Upon completing the Intake application, you will be contacted via phone call by one of our Intake Service Coordinators within 24-48 business hours to finalize your intake and confirm eligibility.
