This form is exclusive to spouses and caregivers who have been previously connected to HOPE's Military Spouse & Caregiver program.

You will receive the link to the Spouse & Caregiver Scholarship application via email within 48 business hours after the application period opens.

Fall: March 1 - April 30

Spring: August 1 - September 30

*Closing dates may vary and will be indicated on the scholarship application.

You must enter the same email address you have used with HOPE previously in order for this form to be processed correctly. If your email address is not found in our system, you will receive the following error message:
