Spouse & Caregiver Scholarship Quick Intake: Spring 2027

This form is exclusive to spouses and caregivers who have been previously connected to HOPE's Military Spouse & Caregiver program.

If your form is processed correctly, you will receive the link to the Spouse & Caregiver Scholarship application via email within 48 business hours after the application period opens.

Fall application dates: March 1 - April 30

Spring application dates: August 1 - September 30

Closing dates may vary and will be indicated on the scholarship application.

If your email address along with a previous connection to HOPE's Military Spouse & Caregiver program is not found in our system, you will receive the following error message:
