Use of Hope For The Warriors® Name and Logo – Terms and Conditions

We acknowledge that Hope For The Warriors® grants our organization limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable permission to use its name and logo solely in connection with the event listed above, subject to the following conditions:

Prior Approval: All specific uses of the Hope For The Warriors name and logo must be submitted for review and receive prior written approval from Hope For The Warriors.
Advance Submission of Materials: We agree to provide electronic copies of all intended uses—such as advertisements, social media content, press releases, invitations, website placements, or other promotional items prior to public release.
Proceeds Commitment: We affirm that use of the Hope For The Warriors name and/or logo in connection with any fundraising or promotional activity reflects a commitment to deliver the outlined proceeds to Hope For The Warriors. This obligation will be clearly communicated to clients, customers, and partners.
Termination Clause: Hope For The Warriors reserves the right to revoke permission to use its name or logo at any time, with or without cause, via written notice. Upon receipt of such notice, we will promptly cease all use and remove any public references implying a partnership or affiliation.
