We understand that Hope For The Warriors grants our organization the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable use of its name and logo solely in connection with the above listed event provided that:

(1)    The specific and actual use of its name and logo shall be subject to the prior review and approval of Hope For The Warriors;

(2)    The name and logo of the fundraising organizations similar to Hope For The Warriors will not be used on materials using the name and logo of Hope For The Warriors;

(3)    We will provide an explanation or sample copy in electronic format of an intended use of Hope For The Warriors name and logo at least ten (10) days prior to the intended use. This includes but is not limited to marketing or promotional materials, press releases, invitations, information placed on websites regarding intended use, etc.

(4)    I understand that this permission is date-specific and shall expire 10 days following the date of the actual event (unless ongoing). After that date, we will promptly cease and desist using the Hope For The Warriors name and/or logo and any implication of a relationship of any kind.

(5)    I understand that by using the Hope For The Warriors name and/or logo in a promotion or fundraising event, I guarantee to donate proceeds to Hope For The Warriors as outlined to the organization and to my clients, customers, and partners.

(6)    We understand that that Hope For The Warriors®reserves the right to terminate the foregoing right to use its name or logo at anytime upon written notice to us, in which event we shall promptly cease and desist using the Hope For The Warriors name and/or logo and any implication of a relationship of any kind.
